Community Caregivers is a not-for-profit organization, staffed by caring and trained volunteers who provide welcomed support services to individuals and families in times of need. Our program complements existing public and private resources geared toward assisting neighbors to to remain living independently in their homes for as long as is possible.

Helping others to live more fulfilled and active lives is a rewarding mission to which all of us here at CHMM Community Caregivers are strongly committed. We hope you'll join or support our community effort.

Uncommon people satisfying common needs
In 2007, our volunteers collectively drove over 28,000 miles and provided approximately 980 services for our neighbors in Center Harbor, Meredith and Moultonborough, NH. On average, one new neighbor sought our assistance each week. We expect demand will increase again this year.
