We provide assistance to people of all ages residing in Center Harbor, Meredith and Moultonborough at no charge, as Community Caregivers is supported through donations and volunteerism.
Services include:
- Transportation
- Friendly visits
- Telephone checks
- Home chores |
- Errands
- Occasional meals
- Primary caregiver respites
- Resource referral |
Local area transportation is provided for needs such as doctor/dentist appointments, lab tests, pharmacy pick-ups, shopping and hair appointments. If possible, we will accommodate extended-area trips (i.e., Manchester, Lebanon, etc) for medical appointments. Transportation is provided by volunteers in their personal vehicles. All service providers have completed a Volunteer Training program.
